Silkess - Shipping & Returns Policy

Returns and Refunds

Silkess inspects all items before they are dispatched to ensure they are in excellent condition. In the case that you are not satisfied with the item, Silkess will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free from damages by the customer. For a full refund or exchange, return your item by post or courier within 7 days from the receipt of the original order. Items must be returned with ALL tags and original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Items will only be replaced based on availability.


Silkess will process and dispatch your order within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. We do not dispatch on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, dispatch may be delayed by a few days. Please also allow additional days in transit.

Silkess will endeavour to deliver your order timeously, but unforeseen events may occur that is beyond our control.

It is important to note that you ensure the delivery details and postal code is correct. If not, this could delay your parcel. Please ensure that the address you have provided has someone available to receive your order, should you not be available at the address given your order will be delayed but the courier will leave you a calling card to make arrangement for delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will supply the tracking details to the email address supplied.
